Any violator or perpetrator of the Terms and Conditions of this website agrees to pay (for each legal action) for any court or other costs, including but not limited to this website or its owners or associates court fees, lawyer fees, fees and wages for time involved in association with court proceedings and preparation,  associated legal fees and lost monetary values associated with this website and Steve's Quick-Glo.com in addition to any reputational and public image damage incurred.
